My automation is running but it is not sending anything out

Make sure that your account has the right permissions on Meta’s side.

First, click on the help button (bottom left corner) and click on “Refresh permissions”.

Then, where is the tag “started_giveaway” has been applied? You only have the condition block, but there is no action block to apply the tag.

​@Gigameubelmarketing Please check you condition block after trigger. You want to check condition or want to add tag ? You apply condition if user fulfill the condition then next text box will be send. Trigger fire butt due to condition not fulfill next message did not send
