My Automation is sending the public reply to the comments but not sending Dm to all

Comments are getting reply but not the DM. 

Hi,

I’d first check whether you have multiple automations set up with the same keyword across different posts.

Sometimes the public reply works, but the DM doesn’t trigger properly for every comment because another automation, rule, or overlapping trigger is interfering with it.

I’d recommend checking:

• if the same keyword is being used in more than one automation
• if there are multiple comment triggers connected to different posts
• whether another automation is competing for the same entry point

That’s often one of the first things worth reviewing in cases like this.

Comment to DM is not working please help me understand why.

Please help with this issue. Comment to DM. From the last few days comment replies have been done, but DMs have been sent to some, not all; like, from 600 comments, only 78 were sent.
