Sorry … I may have missed the first message. Sending what 4x times?

I’m running fb ads, and the automation I’ve set up is 4 messages via messenger, over 18 hours with delays between each 

Many chat is sending that automation 4x times over. Over the next date. Which is making me loose my chat starts. 
 

do I need to implement a STOP or TAG at end of my automation?

I don’t see any clear concerns that is definitely causing the issue. Admittedly, that smart delay could be the source of the problem as it is waiting at least a certain amount of time and then acting between a certain time range.

I would suggest using a more basic smart delay - “11 hours later” or something similar. Just an idea. My best suggestion without looking at all the code or testing it myself - sorry.
