Hi @EZ Learning BR and @Pat_Unpockbar , I think a known issue that some users are experiencing with Quick Reply buttons on Android devices specially for Messenger. It's not something wrong with your automation setup specifically.
Here are a few things you can try:
- Refresh permissions in your channel settings - this often helps with button-related issues
- Check if the automation is published and test it from your own device to see if you can reproduce the problem
- Make sure you're not mixing regular buttons with Quick Replies in the same text block -
- Verify that no other chatbot apps are connected to your Facebook page, as they can interfere with Manychat
Unfortunately, this appears to be a issue on Android's Messenger app rather than something you can fully control from Manychat. If the problem persists after trying these steps, you may want to reach out to our Support Team for further assistance
