My automations keep stopping

Hello,

I keep realising my automated DMs sometimes work and sometimes don’t work when looking at people’s comments. It’s so frustrating. Do I have to keep refreshing the permissions or is there a way to fix this permanently?

Hi ​@oykundrthere's no single setting that guarantees this never happens again, some of it depends on things on Meta's side that can change on their own. Refreshing permissions fixes it when it breaks, but if it's dropping often, it's worth checking why instead of just refreshing every time.A few common causes on Instagram:Allow access to messages toggled off: Instagram app → Settings and activity → Messages and story replies → Message controls → Connected tools.Handover protocol not set to Manychat: Facebook → Settings & privacy → Page setup → Advanced messaging → make sure Manychat is the primary receiver.
