I’m sharing this because I’m really frustrated and need help or advice from other users.
My Facebook account has been disabled, and as my Manychat account and my Instagram account were linked to it, I’m now completely locked out. Unfortunately, Facebook was my only way of accessing Manychat, so I currently have no way of logging in to transfer ownership of my Instagram to a new Manychat account or to cancel the paid plan.
As a result, all my automations have been on hold for several days, which is directly affecting my business. Furthermore, I have not yet received a response from the Manychat support team. My ticket number is #472640.
I want to share this situation here so that other users are aware of it and, above all, to find out if anyone has experienced something similar and what steps they took to resolve it.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

You’ll see a form to get in contact with Manychat Support, and they’ll be able to assist you get access to your account.
Make sure you include as much details as you can on your ticket.
