all the buttons inside Instagram chats are not working!
I tried everything but there is no any solution for that.. and Manychat responded to my email like this 
“After reviewing your case with our technical team, I'm really sorry to let you know that we are experiencing an issue caused by a bug on Meta's side.”

“In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, you can try using  Quick Replies instead of buttons in your automation”

Its very frustrating , the kind of support they have…

There is absolutely no communication what so ever as to what is going on.

All of my automations are not working and its impacting my business alot.

I’m new user and set an automation up yesterday, got it to work and then when a potential customer commented 20 minutes after, it did not work. It hasn’t worked since my initial test. I’ve refreshed and troubleshooted. Still nothing.

Has there been any acknowledgement of this issue and an ETA for a fix?

I am paying 25$ every month and still no proper support from manychat….Losing out on business every day...Not sure when will it work….Its extremely frustrating….

I’m still on the trial, but won’t switch to a paying subscription if the communication is this poor. I’ve worked in the tech industry and bugs/ issues happen, but if there’s no communication… that’s when I take my business elsewhere. 

I’m sorry you’re losing out on business and your frustration is truly valid. Fingers crossed this gets fixed soon.

Estou enfrentando um problema técnico com uma automação de comentário do Instagram e gostaria de solicitar assistência.

Descrição do Problema:

Configurei uma automação que é acionada quando um seguidor comenta uma palavra-chave específica em uma postagem do Instagram. A automação funciona parcialmente, mas apresenta o seguinte comportamento:

1. ✅ O gatilho funciona corretamente - quando uma pessoa comenta a palavra-chave, a primeira mensagem é enviada no DM
2. ✅ A primeira mensagem chega com o botão de resposta rápida (Quick Reply)
3. ❌ Quando o usuário clica no botão, a automação não continua para a próxima mensagem
4. ❌ No painel do ManyChat, aparece a mensagem: "O usuário ainda não respondeu à sua automação de resposta privada, por isso não é possível enviar uma mensagem no chat ao vivo"

O que já tentou:

• Atualizar as permissões do Instagram no ManyChat (Refresh Permissions)
• Verifique se a primeira mensagem está configurada como "Comentário Responder"
• Desativar o envio automático das mensagens subsequentes
• Revisar a configuração dos botões Resposta rápida
• Verifique as permissões no aplicativo do Instagram

Configuração Atual:

• Plano: Automação de Marketing (Ativo)
• Canal: Instagram
• Tipo de gatilho: Comentário em post com palavra-chave específica
• Tipo de botão: Resposta Rápida

Solicitação:

Gostaria de saber se existe alguma configuração adicional necessária para que os botões de Resposta Rápida continuem o fluxo da automação após comentários em postagens, ou se há alguma limitação técnica que eu deva conhecer.

Same problem here! See if in this page https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=advanced_messaging you can see the Manychat in handover protocol - mine become disabled and i receive the message “Handover Protocol is disabled while we migrate to Conversation Routing.” 

It’s still not working for me either
