I have more than 200 automations active and they all seem to be working normally. However, the last one I created yesterday worked until it reached 1,268 contacts and then stopped working.
It’s an Instagram comment automation where the user comments a keyword and receives a DM.
I don’t believe it’s a permissions issue, since the others are functioning properly. Has anyone experienced this or found a solution?

Did you try to recreate the automation from scratch?
Sometimes Manychat and Meta can change things that could break if you copy/paste very old automations.
Anyway, that looks a lot like some issue at Meta's side… also take a look at this help article for the permissions issues that you need to check on the Facebook/Meta: Instagram automation troubleshooting – Manychat Help
