Hello,
I have published my automation for FB & IG Dms but when i tested it live nothing happens when the keywords are triggered in the DMs. I also noticed during the preview that the multiple choice options don’t pop up on 2 of the questions. I have currently disabled the keywords while i research why its not working for me. Any help would be appreciated.

It’s recommended to have a separate flow for the Instagram channel and another one for Facebook, since message blocks must be unique — each channel has its own message blocks.
To avoid starting from scratch, go to the folder where the flow is saved, locate the flow, click on the options button, and select Duplicate.
Once duplicated, click on the options button of the new flow, select Convert Channels, and choose Instagram.
After that, customize each flow with the appropriate messages and triggers for each channel, and test them separately on their respective platforms.
