My IG Manychat automation isn’t working. Below is the flow.
It was working until late afternoon yesterday and now it’s not responding to people’s comments even though they spelled it correctly.
I refreshed permissions and it said it was connected with no issues.
I did connect the Stan.Store auto dm feature on instagram and thought that may be why, so I disabled and removed that connection there.
But the trigger still doesn’t work.
Does anyone know why?

A few things worth checking:
First, after disconnecting Stan.Store, refresh your permissions in Manychat again - just removing the connection on Stan's side isn't always enough. Go to Settings → Instagram and hit update Instagram Permissions one more time.
Second - there's a known issue flagged in the Manychat community right now about delays and failures with Instagram automations (you can see the pinned banner).
What to do right now: test the trigger yourself - go in with a second account and type the keyword. If it doesn't work even, the issue is almost certainly the connection or Meta.
