I'm having a problem getting my Facebook and ManyChat to work together. When someone goes to my auto DM and types in the keyword word, I get a notification on my phone that they did it, but they don't get the link to my registration page in their comment section like it's set up to do. Does anybody have any idea as to how I can fix that?

My ManyChat Facebook is not firing, sending out the DM.
A few things to check, most common first:
1. Is the automation Set Live (the red "LIVE" badge at the top)? New automations default to paused.
2. Was this automation built specifically for Facebook? ManyChat "Quick Automations" are Instagram-only, so if you used the comment-to-DM template, it won't fire on FB at all. You'd need a new automation from scratch: Automation tab → + New Automation → Start from Scratch → pick a Messenger trigger.
3. Go to Settings → Channels → Facebook and disconnect/reconnect the page. That refreshes permissions, fixes most "silent fail" issues.
4. If you wanted a comment reply (not a DM), check that the "Send a Public Reply" toggle inside the automation is on, it's off by default.
5. Confirm the keyword is an exact match (or set to "contains").
If IG works but FB doesn't, bet on #2, I've seen that exact issue pop up in this forum recently.
