I have my Meta Business account connected with ManyChat and it was running fine up to now. Then I received an email from Meta saying my Meta Bussiness account got restricted because “It looks like this account was created or used with an automation that doesn’t follow our rules.This goes against our Advertising Standards on Account Integrity.”
I’m requesting Meta to lift up the restriction, but is there anything should I can do in the future to avoid my account getting restricted again?

I’m sorry to hear that your account got restricted 😕
In the future, to avoid this from happening, you should:
→ not use the same keyword very often
→ not send spam (many messages send almost at the same time to the same user. Example: short delays on your automations)
Make sure that all the third-party tools that you’re using with Instagram follows the Meta’s rules (as Manychat does). If you use Claude Cowork, or any other tools not approved by Meta, your account could be banned 😕
