im not sure what to do because any time i try to go live with an automation for a post, nothing happens. i click “go live” and it doesn’t do anything. my story automations are working but not feed posts. ive done everything the support desk has told me to but it still won’t do anything.

Could you please share a screenshot from your trigger and first message step? This would help a lot.
In the meantime, check if the first message is set as Comment Reply:
This is mandatory when you set a Post/Reel Comment trigger.
It also removes the "Next step” connection from this first block. Meaning that in order to continue your flow, you'll need to insert a button or quick reply to connect additional steps:
Now, if this is all set right… please shar an image of your flow to see if something else could be causing this issue.

Hi Guys,
I’m having the same issue, i tested it live and it doesn't work. My automation is for lead capture from FB & IG DM’s. For now i have disabled the keywords until i can figure out how to fix it. Here is a screenshot, any help would be appreciated.
