Hello everyone,

I am new to this and I’ve been trying to set up a sequence to target contacts that haven’t been back in touch after a first inquiry. I segmented them using tags and subscribed them to a sequence. I then made a sequence with a first message that you can see attached. When I check the conversation I see a notification saying the message was sent, but when I check through my dms I don’t see any message sent. The sequence stats also don’t show any message sent. 

I am confused and wondering what is it that I’m doing wrong.

The message must be sent within the 24h window.

The Instagram 24 window refers to a Meta policy that allows businesses to send automated, promotional messages to users on Instagram and Messenger for a 24-hour period after the user's last interaction, such as sending a message or clicking a button. After the 24 hours, automated messages can only be sent if a user re-engages, which restarts the window. This rule is designed to prevent spam and maintain a better user experience.
