Can anyone tell me how to get a human agent to help me? I used the AI service to start this and it took me down a destructive rabbit hole that I had to figure out myself hhow to undo and I can’t get any actual help. I am on a trial and if THIS is how we are treated I will NOT be continuing on to a paid version.

I spent 4 hours with the AI assistance and it took me down rabbit holes that I can’t seem to undo. I wanted this for Instagram where when peole drop a key word in the comments, Manychat would answer in the comments - NOT DM as most accounts are private so it’s a dead end - with a response including my link. That’s it! Somehow this has turned into a total nightmare and I fail to see why I can’t get someone for a lousy 5 minutes to help me out,
I submitted a ticket and now I’m even more confused, everyone speaks like I should just KNOW how this program works, I don’t, and I don’t need to hire an agency on a monthy basis for this one simple task. Surely to God there is a simple solution here? Thanks
