I have a .JSON file that I would like to import into an automation. I do not see anywhere in my account where I can upload/import a .JSON file. Am I missing it, or does that feature need to be added by you all?

Is it to send it to your audience?

If so, I suggest hosting it in Google Drive or some other place and sending the share link,

​@Gustavo Boregio it is a fully built out automation sequence I was trying to import for my FB business page. I was told if I did it as a .JSON file, I could just import into a new flow, and it would be done, is this not accurate? It is an initial inquiry automation flow to collect prospect data/info.

​@BJB23 no, you cannot import JSON automations to Manychat.

You can install Manychat templates, and you can copy automations from one page to another.

But there’s no way to import JSON files with automations.
