You can implement it in various ways.

• Setting tags to the contacts
• Using custom fields
• Using Google Sheets integration
• Sending data to any database using external requests

You just need to define “checkpoints” in your flow and insert any of the solutions above to save/ receive the data you wish to register.

If this automations of yours don't receive lots of interactions per minute, I'd suggest using Google Sheets to create a tracking sheet for the contacts. This is not super hard to implement but will demand some study and tests from your side. 😉
