Long time user of Manychat, back when I had to wait to get an account (I think this was in 2017?)
Anyway, I’m back to using it again and I’m running into a lot of issues.
For example, it won't let me reconnect my instagram account @WhisselRealty because it said it was connected elsewhere, but I checked everywhere and I don't have another account.
Also, it says I need to update billing because I have too many contacts, but I deleted all of my contacts but it still says I have 1452/1000
What is the best way to reach out to support directly? I think I need someone to dig into my account to help figure this out!
