We have an account with ManyChat through our Instagram and we would like to also have it connected to our Facebook messenger. Our Facebook and Instagram are connected through Meta. We are just posting on our Instagram, which then auto posts on our Facebook, but we want the auto dms we set up to also to send to our Facebook users as well. Is there a way to do this, without having to pay for an additional account? Also, why can’t I find a way to talk to a customer service rep. on ManyChats when we are paying for this service???

Hi,
You can add a Facebook Messenger Channel to the same account you already have your Instagram Channel Connected.
To do that, just go to Settings/ (Channels) Messenger and connect it to your Facebook page.
IMPORTANT: You’ll need to convert your existing IG automation to FB Messenger after you connect it to your Manychat account. Each channel must have its own automation, even if it should be the same.
Now, for the Customer Service, the only way Manychat offers support is via tickets.
