Hey everyone,

We have thousands of contacts in our ManyChat broadcast list, and everything was working fine until a few hours ago. However, we’ve noticed that new people who click "Get Updates" are NOT being added to our broadcast list anymore.

I’ve checked Messenger, and people are still clicking the button “Get updates” and engaging with the flow, but no new contacts have been added in the last 5-6 hours. They are only shown in the contacts section but they are not added to our broadcast list. 

Is anyone else experiencing this? Could this be a ManyChat bug, a Facebook API issue, or something else? Any insights or fixes would be greatly appreciated!
