New contacts not being added after clicking "Get Updates"

Hello, I'm having the same problem in Brazil.

It happened once about 4 months ago, and after 24 hours it went back to normal.

I'm waiting, but I'm also opening a ticket with support.

Yes it happended to me few days ago, thank you for sharing.

I'm having the same issue, they click but are not added and do not get the message thereafter.

Still not fixed.. 

Still noticing the same thing on my end. Anyone have updates from support? I submitted a ticket, have not heard anything.

I've spoken with the support team, and they said this is a Meta bug affecting the Messenger List subscriptions. The support team already reported this to Meta.

I’ve updated the Manychat support team on this. While this is a bug from Meta, the Manychat support team is pushing for a fix from them.

Just a quick update — we’re aware of an issue where Messenger List subscriptions aren’t working as expected because the webhooks aren’t coming through.

After looking into it, we’ve confirmed that this is a bug on Meta’s side. We’ve already reported it to them and are pushing for a fix.

The good news is that about 60% of affected accounts seem to be working again, but some are still having the issue. Right now, Meta hasn’t given us a clear timeline for when everything will be fully resolved.

We know this can be frustrating, and we really appreciate your patience while we work through it. As soon as we hear anything new, we’ll update you here.

Hi ​@Victor , just wanted to add, i’m managing over 35 accounts, across multiple Facebook accounts and pages, and not a single one is working on my end. It’s still completely down across the board.

Also worth noting: it is working over at Chatfuel, so it definitely seems to be platform-specific.

I still face this issue with sometimes the button "Get updates" not even showing on the Messenger conversation, and when it shows (very rarely) the person who clicking is not added to the corresponding Messenger List.

I already refreshed the connection between my Manychat and Facebook accounts (in Manychat settings).

Finally do you know please, in case the issue with Messenger continues, if it also affects subscriptions to Instagram DM Lists (I secretly hope it is not the same broken webhooks, making possible using Instagram DM Lists instead of Messenger 😅)

Is this feature now working correctly for everyone? It persists inconsistently for me, meaning that some times the user will be subscribed in a list after clicking Get Updates whereas other times she is not.
