New Follower Automation

I have started a new follower automation and everything says active but it’s not been working. Anything I’m missing on this one?

      Same here. It’s not working for me either, while the other automations are.

        Same here. New generated “new follower automation” is not working.

        Hello ​@Sam_Meese_Estates   I am sorry to hear it stop working 😕. As you might know this is a new feature, so I think Meta is checking on this issues. However I recommend you to contact Manychat support team through the Help Center  https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us    to see if they can help you.

        In addition, remember first to “Refresh Permissions” to refresh  conection between IG and Manychat. You can find a here a guide on how to do it https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281464342684-Refresh-permissions
