Hello I’m a very new user so the issue could be entirely user error. That said, what drew me to Manychat was the ability to DM new followers. However when I try to set up this automation I am seeing that it’s a Beta feature and not available to me, which is strange because I see tons of advertising about this. Am I missing anything? Is it just not available to me yet? Anything I can do to enable this feature/automation?
