I have used new Hi to new follower DM for months and it suddenly stopped working. I have tried refreshing permissions, deleting the sequence and doing it all again and still nothing
Can someone help with this? How do we contact someone at manychat?

I’m sorry to hear that!
There are a few reasons why this could stop working:
→ A new follower doesn’t always receive the automated message if they received one from another account in the past 7 days;
→ This is a beta feature, and it’s controlled by Meta, so they can remove the ability to send new “Say Hi to Your Followers” messages at any time.
