New Follower DM Partial Functionality

I’m not seeing the full functionality of the new “Send DM to new Follower” feature. Refer to the screenshots in this article: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/23096654243740-Follow-to-DM-on-Instagram-Say-Hi-to-New-Followers

1. I don’t see the option to reset the trigger time to 1 minute. Only option is 5 or 10 minutes.
2. I don’t see the toggle to collect email after opening DM?

So far, i’ve refreshed the permissions as well as removed and re-added my instagram account.

Does anyone else have this issue?

Apart from this, my automation is not working anymore… it was working until last week but then randomly stopped… Tech support said this is a known issue and they are working with Meta to resolve this.

      My automation doesn’t work at all. I tried refreshing, I even tried deleting the account and reconnect. Still, the automation does not work any more. Does anyone have the same problem?
