New followers not working

My Instagram integration is working correctly. Keyword automations and DM triggers work, but the 'When someone new follows you' trigger never fires. I have already reconnected Instagram, and new followers are not triggering the Follow to DM automation. Could you please check whether Follow to DM is properly enabled for my workspace?

Hey ​@Noura also be aware that there’s currently a bug with Meta (not Manychat) where the follow to DM won’t trigger in some accounts.

Your account may be among the ones with issues.

As ​@ayesha said you should probably report to support.

It’s likely, though, that they won’t be able to do anything about it and it’s Meta’s bug that’s causing this issue for you...

    Hi ​@Noura ,If other Instagram triggers are working, the connection is likely fine. I'd check that Follow to DM is enabled, the automation is published, and test with a new follower account. If it still doesn't trigger, it's likely a backend issue and ManyChat Support should check the workspace.
