It’s confusing, previously you paid for active contacts within your account and these accumulated.
Now its based on the number of contacts who are engaged during that monthly billing period? Is that correct.
That may work out cheaper for some but the cost per contact is substantially higher.
Previously you had a pricing calculator (slider) but that's now been removed.
Am I seeing this correctly??

In a number of countries, we introduced a new pricing model to better align the value you get from Manychat to the price you pay. The pricing table gives you the option to choose from four different paid plans based on the Active Contacts - real people who you've actually interacted with (via a message or an automations) during a monthly billing period. We only count (and bill) those people who you’ve engaged with in a monthly billing period.
Once your billing period has ended, we are going to reset your counter of Active Contacts to zero - this means you are not accumulating contacts over time, instead paying only for those people you've interacted with in the most recent period.
