Hello, everyone. Does anyone here uses Manychat?

I'm actually new to Many Chat and recently started exploring its features. I have a few questions about how its automation works:

1. Is ManyChat's automation free? Does the free version include all automation features, or are some limited?

2. What does "number of contacts" mean? Does it refer to the number of Facebook users who have interacted with your chatbot?

3. For the free plan, is the 1,000-contact limit on a monthly basis (and resets every month), or is it a lifetime cap?

I'd really appreciate any insights or experiences you can share. Thank you so much in advance!

  1. There are some restrictions - not all features are available and you’re limited to 3 triggers. More details at manychat.com/pricing 
  2. Yes, people who interact with your bot.
  3. It’s up to 1000 people, and once they become a subscriber you can’t remove them on the free plan (you need PRO to remove subscribers).

It seems that you're using more than 3 keywords as triggers. This will require you to subscribe to PRO at some point.

Theres also one more limitation. On the Free Plan you can just have up to 4 automations.

 

As you build the flows, every PRO feature will be marked by a blue kind of tag with PRO written on it.
