'Next Post Or Reel' does not trigger and comments on post disappear

1. 'Next Post Or Reel' no longer works for me and I have to manually assign the  post to the automation once I’ve posted  
    
2. I am having an issue where comments on my posts are empty even when people comment 

Refresh permissions have not worked for me. Are there any alternatives?
