I've been working with ManyChat for a long time, and whenever I used to do a boosted post with an automation, the automation worked. Now, no matter what I do, the automation doesn’t work anymore. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and maybe how it can be fixed?
In the past it worked great, but suddenly it stopped working and I honestly have no idea why.

If you have an old Manychat account, there’s a chance that your connection between your IG account (Meta) and Manychat is like outdated.
To start, you could take a look at this article and check if everything is as it should be: Instagram automation troubleshooting – Manychat Help
But, the fastest way to (probably) solve this kind of issue is disconnecting and reconnecting you IG and FB channel from scratch. This normally updates all necessary permissions and, in many cases, solves the problem.
