I recently created a free account and set up an automated reply for a specific Instagram post.
The trigger is correctly defined, and as far as I can see, the connections to both Facebook and Instagram are active. The automation is published and marked as live.

However, ManyChat does not send any automated replies when a comment is made. I do receive the Instagram comment itself, but no reply is sent from ManyChat.

Could you please help me? I’m not sure what else to check or adjust.

If the trigger is correctly set up and your automation still isn't working, there are a few possible causes. You can start by updating your permissions. To do this, go to "Settings", click on the Instagram channel, and then select "Update permissions".
