I recently created a free account and set up an automated reply for a specific Instagram post. The trigger is correctly defined, and as far as I can see, the connections to both Facebook and Instagram are active. The automation is published and marked as live.
However, ManyChat does not send any automated replies when a comment is made. I do receive the Instagram comment itself, but no reply is sent from ManyChat.
Could you please help me? I’m not sure what else to check or adjust.

Hi @Dogsandfoods , If the trigger is correctly set up and your automation still isn't working, there are a few possible causes. You can start by updating your permissions. To do this, go to "Settings", click on the Instagram channel, and then select "Update permissions".
