I am not able to login my main account which is connected with my instagram and now i cannot create new account because it says that my instagram connected with some other account for which I have to login from that and disconnect which I cannot. I seriously need to login and purchase pro, it’s an urgency now, please help.

Tell them exactly what you wrote here - that your Instagram is linked to an old account you can't access. They can manually disconnect it after verifying who you are.
