I am getting the notification: The server isn't feeling super-duper error 500 many chat when I press the buy button in the test flow. How do I fix this or is it a ManyChat issue?

My suggestion: drop the price to $1 and do an actual trigger to run it. The live page works, the issue is only the preview.
