@rinchen in which channel are you sending the broadcasts? IG, WhatsApp, Messenger…?
Not sure if you're aware, but there are strict 24 hours rules in Meta, where you can only contact a user within 24 hours from their last interaction.
In WhatsApp you can bypass that by sending paid message templates, and in Messenger by using Messenger Lists. Both of these are special messages that require different setups.
For Instagram there's no way to bypass the rule.
So even if you try to send to more people, it'll only send to those within the 24-hour window. All others won't be sent.

I’m using WhatsApp and am using the paid message templates for the broadcasts.
There are only two broadcasts being sent out a week to each user, so I don’t think this would be the issue.
Can you think of anything else that would cause this?
I am also trying to increase our messaging limits. We haven’t reached them yet, but I would like to sort this out before it becomes an issue. Do you have any advice for increasing the messaging limits? Our message quality is high.

Also, make sure you have funds on your Manychat Wallet, and that the numbers are written correctly.
Lastly, check on Settings > Logs to see if you find any errors.

The easy formula I’ve found is this: send 50% or more of your limit for 4-5 consecutive days while keeping the rating green. And most likely by the 5th or 6th day you get upgraded to the next level.
So if you’re at 1000 messages per day, send 500+ per day for 4-5 consecutive days and you get bumped up.
It’s not a scientific formula, but it’s worked so far most of the time!
