Not connecting to any account

I’ve tried connecting with Facebook and Instagram, set all permissions ok, but it doesnt go past the ‘request sent’ - i didnt get the request, it appears a name of an admin that doesnt even have access anymore, and neither current admin received any request, and i cant remove or try connect again
