Hi team! I am trying to get my 501(c)(3) nonprofit documentation reviewed for a custom billing request, but the automated ticketing system keeps instantly closing my ticket 477562. Can a staff member please help me get this in front of a human on the billing team?

Hey ​@nonprofit I don’t think Manychat has a nonprofit program, at least as far as I’m aware.
