Hi,
My Instagram automations have completely stopped working.
- Instagram keyword triggers do not fire.
- "Say hi to new followers" does not fire.
- Instagram permissions refresh successfully.
- ManyChat is connected as a Facebook Page integration with
instagram_manage_messages,instagram_manage_events, and related permissions. - ManyChat is listed under Connected Apps.
- LeadConnector is also connected. I tested disabling LeadConnector-IG's "Take control of conversations" and the issue remained.
- The automations are LIVE.
- No Instagram events appear to be reaching ManyChat.
Can you please check my Instagram webhook subscription and Meta app registration on your backend? It appears Meta is not delivering Instagram events to my ManyChat account despite all permissions being valid.
