Jakub

Hey Guys,

is it possible to set a automation reply only once in the conversation.
For Example:

I have set an automation for specific word “price”

Person aks about swimpass price.

Automation gives the reply but it is not good answer for person who asked the question.

So person ask again the same question and the automation send the same answer again.

I dont want it to send the same answer again.

What is a solution for this situation please?

Thank you for your answers

Hi, @Jakub!

The easiest way is using a Tag and a Condition block right after the trigger:

  • First, create a Tag to identify contacts that have triggered the automation (in the image = TEST_TAG)
  1. Right after the trigger, set a Condition block that checks if the Tag isn't the one you created
    • If true = connect to an Action block
    • If false = do nothing
  2. At the Action block, add the tag you created
  3. Connect your first message block and continue your automation as you wish.

This will add the tag the first time a contact triggers the automation and the condition will stop it if the key-word id used again.

Hope this helps!
