I have gone through the trouble shoot for automations, but its weird; Every other manyChat automation works except for the “reply to story with key word function”
I tested the automation with the numerical code, and it works, but the actual phrase doesn’t activate the automation. Any ideas?

I have seen that there are many users with the same problem, EVERYTHING works except the automation of stories replies, I hope they improve it soon since it is what I use the most and I would not like to delete my account.
