OTP Authentication Code
Hello! I’m unable to create a template for sending authentication codes through Meta, even though all required permissions have been granted.
Marketing templates were created successfully, but they are still under review. Could you please advise how to resolve this issue?

At the moment, Manychat only supports Marketing and Utility WhatsApp templates. Authentication/OTP templates can’t be created or used inside Manychat.
Also, templates created directly in Meta won’t appear in Manychat, so there isn’t a workaround through the current template integration. 😕
