I am beyond frustrated.   Customer Support is horrific.  I have been waiting for over 6y weeks for a supsport issue to be resolved.  About every 10 days someone responds - they clearly do not understand the issue and provide AI answers.    HOW DO YOU GET HELP????????

How Can I get them to respond .  I was going to pay for help through someone here but he said he’s not sure he can help. Many chat needs to fix something internally it is not something an expert can resolve
