Hi everyone,
I am writing this to get urgent help from the ManyChat team. I upgraded to the Pro Plan today (March 19, 2026) and successfully paid $39.00.
I even received the official ManyChat invoice via email (Invoice ID: 4564320-2). However, my account status is still stuck on "Free" and shows as "Expired" in the billing settings.
I have already:

Cleared my browser cache and cookies.

Logged out and logged back in.

Created a support ticket (#469849).
My business automations are currently down, and I am losing leads. Has anyone else experienced this synchronization issue?
Support Team: Please manually sync my account. I have the invoice ready to provide as proof.
