Hi, I encounter the automation keep answering while a live agent (which answering on mobile app, facebook business suit) are talking to a customer. Is there any possible way to pause an automation while live agent is talking to a customer on an external app ?

There's no integration to do that from an external app/tool. This only exists if you use Manychat's live chat feature.
