I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to request your assistance with activating the Pro version of ManyChat for $15. I have already been in contact with your support team via email, specifically with Mauricio Scaglione, and my ticket number is [#255083].

Here is the issue: I would like to subscribe to the Pro plan, but my credit card is consistently declined during the payment process. I contacted my bank (Klarna) to investigate the matter, but they were unable to identify the reason for the declined transactions.

Since the Pro version is critical for an important project I am working on with an expert, I kindly ask if you could provide an alternative payment method, such as PayPal, or suggest another solution.

It is crucial for my business to activate the Pro plan as soon as possible, as my customers are eagerly waiting for this project. I would greatly appreciate your support and a prompt resolution to this matter.
