Payment Issue and Facebook Integration problem

Hi Everyone. I’d like to ask about problems I’m encountering on ManyChat. we cancelled our free trial plan because we wanted to pay for the annual pro plan, but it always says something went wrong, try again later. We tried reaching out for the support but they’re not replying. and whenever we try to push through with the payment, it alays says $0 even though we’re trying to check out the annual pro Plan.

Also problems with facebook integration. Instagram is successfully connected, but I can’t even refresh or cancel the invite for facebook because we didn’t receive any invitation via email or on Team Members. I wanted to resend but it’s only a gray box that’s shows “Request Sent” with no way of checking the Status.
