Hello,

I am from Iran and I am trying to activate the Trillion / VIP plan. However, I receive an error saying that my card is not accepted (I only have Iranian bank cards).

Could you please let me know what payment options are available for users in Iran? Do you offer local resellers, vouchers, or any alternative methods of payment that I can use to activate my subscription?

Hi ​@Koohyar.rice!  Manychat must adhere to sanctions regulations in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where we operate. The main issue with the sanctions regulations is that we are obliged to restrict accounts that are affiliated or somehow provide services to individuals and legal entities based in a sanctioned country, even if the business's geolocation is outside of it. Which means according to our policies, it is prohibited to register and set up a Manychat account from your country.
