Hello, We are stuck in this situation on meta panel, since about 3 weeks
as you can see on the image, our account is under restriction becouse meta says that before we can start sending messages, the solution provider (Manychat) will need to verify our company.
How can we manage to resolve this situation?

There you normally see if your verification had any kind of problems…
The Sollution Provider message is default, but Manychat does not interfere in any way with the business verification.
