People are not clicking on the 'Get Started' button - what to do?

Hey,
When you use the “user comments on your post/reel” trigger, the first message has always to be like yours (a message with a button).
If the user didn’t click the button, you can’t send any messages because they didn’t open the 24-hour window.
My advice to you is to change the button’s text and the initial message to something like this:
Message:
“Hey!
I just saw your comment on my post, and I’m glad to share my FREE guide!
Just tap the button to receive it 😄”
Button:
“Send it to me” / “I want this” / “Grab my FREE Guide”
