Hi there! I need a bit of help.

I’m using an auto-reply in Direct Messages that sends a link as a button whenever someone comments a specific keyword on my post.

However, many people are saying that the link they receive isn’t clickable or doesn’t work properly.

Do you know what might be causing this? Or how I can make sure the link is clickable for everyone?

Check if you're using the URL in its “full format” = https://site.com/...

Sometimes, just inserting “site.com” doesn't work as expected.

 

And did your contacts also said wich error is appearing to them? In some cases, it's possible to find out the origin of the problem according to the error.
