I have a delay set before a message and it says 501 people pass through it but then the message after says it was only sent to 204 people… how is that the case?
And do you have a screenshot of your setup so we can take a look?

And 100% sure that their last interaction (button click or text entered) is always within 24 hours of sending that message, right?
If so, you need to do some debugging to see what’s happening…
I suggest adding a tag right after the smart delay, and another after the message is sent (on the ‘Next Step’). Then check for people who have the first tag but not the 2nd tag - and try to see what’s different in these cases vs the ones with 2 tags.
And, you can always contact support to see if they can find something on the backend.
