Hello guys !

I want to set up ways to retrieve data on the performance of my flows. I'm going to make several posts so that the information is easier to find for other users. For your information, I have the ManyApp full pack.

Here's what I want to do:

Count the number of messages sent by a user on a specific flow (Whatsapp)

Here's what I have as a lead:

• Users arrive on the flow I want to track and I assign them a tag corresponding to the specific flow.
• I set up a tracking automation :
  1. based on keyword with the trigger “Users send a message”. The problem is that I don't have an option to select something like “all messages sent”. My idea is to put a : if message contains a, e, i, j etc.. for the 10 most common letter. Obviously it's not really a perfect approach. Do you have better idea ?
  2. Then a condition of tag for the specific flow
  3. And finally I have an action Set User Field with a custom fields “Message Count” wich is a Number Custom Fields. I add +1. 

Do you have a better way? Thank you in advance for your answers.
